How To Access Your Voicemail Box

Pressing the “Message” Icon (may be represented by the word “voicemail” or an envelope symbol.
Dial the voicemail number *97 and press send.
Dial *98 send to check voicemail from a different phone. Insert mailbox number and password.

*Once inside the voicemail, press 1 to listen to messages, or press 3 to go to advanced options.

*= rewinds your message 3 seconds.
#= fast forward 3 seconds.
6 = skips to the next message.
7 = deletes current message.

Recording your name and outgoing greeting.

Log into your voicemail.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 3 to record your name.
Hit the pound key to accept and save your recording.

Recording Your Unavailable Greeting
Log into your voicemail.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.

Recording your “Busy Greeting”
Log into your voicemail.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 2 to record a busy greeting.
Press pound to accept and save your recording.

Recording your “Temporary Greeting”.
Log into your voicemail.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 4 to record a temporary greeting.
Press pound to accept and save your recording.

Erasing your “Temporary Greeting.”
Log into voicemail.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 4 for temporary greeting.
Press 2 to erase the greeting.
